The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Applicant No.1 on record and for condonation of delay of 259 days in filing the application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Mandar Limaye opposes the application and ultimately submits to the orders of this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the delay of 259 days in filing the Civil Application stands condoned. The heirs of the Applicant No.1 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from date. The amended cause title to be served on the other side. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. BGP.
