Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that these First Appeals came to be dismissed for non-submission of certified copies of the 'Judgment and Award' of the Tribunal and there is a delay of 504 days in preferring the present Civil Applications.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned.

Now the certified copies are ready with the learned counsel for the Applicant-Appellant and he will be producing the same.
