1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.5(b) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 20th June 2018. The said condition reads as under: "5(b) After his release from jail, the applicant shall attend the Colaba Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m"

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is intending to go to his native place from 1st week of May 2019 till last week of June and will come back in first week of July 2019 and 1/2

appp.665-2019.doc therefore aforesaid condition may be waived during the said period of two months.

3] In view thereof, the aforesaid condition No.5(b) imposed by Order dated 20th June 2018 is relaxed and waived for a period of two months i.e. May 2019 and June 2019. However, the applicant shall thereafter from 1st July 2019 onwards shall comply with the said condition. 4] Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
