By this Civil Application, applicant original defendant is seeking condonation of 137 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 19.08.2015 in Summary Suit No.134 of 2015.

A. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The delay of 137 days caused in filing this appeal may be kindly condoned by this Honourable Court."

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
