Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for State., 2.

All these applications are filed by applicant seeking to travel Page-2/4

abroad. In view of conditions imposed imposed upon him by this court by an order dated 6.2.2017 by which the applicant is restrained from going to abroad without obtaining permission from this court and is further directed to furnish his permanent address to Investigating OfÏcer with proof thereof. Counsel for applicant makes a statement that address proof is already supplied to the Investigating OfÏcer and had contended that earlier this curt has allowed applicant to travel abroad by order dated 13.4.2018 and 15.10.2018. In support of this application applicant has also placed on record his itinerary according to which he is required to travel along with family for holiday from 2.5.2019 to 17.5.2019 during which period he will be visiting to Hong Kong, Karbi etc. Considering the fact that applicant was earlier allowed by this court to travel abroad and since admittedly had not misused liberty granted to applicant, applications are allowed as per order below.

ORDER

a) Applications referred herein above are allowed. b) Applicant Abhijit Subhash Gaikwad involved in CR Nos. 98/2016, 92/2016, 93/2016, 123/2016, 91/2016, 101/2016, 99/2016, 100/2016, Page-3/4

107/2016, 124/2016 and 97/2016 registered with Chandan Nagar Police Station, Pune is allowed to travel abroad as per his itinerary at Exh.B Page 12 filed with the application during the period from 2/5/2019 to 17/5/2019.

c) On returning back on 17.5.2019 applicant shall immediately report his presence with Investigating OfÏcer.
