The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.195/2021 registered with Sangvi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, under sections 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned APP pointed out that the Applicant's application for anticipatory bail vide Criminal Bail Application No.3626/2021 is pending before the Additional Nesarikar

2 / 2 11-ABA-1433-21.odt Sessions Judge, Pune. The ad-interim relief was rejected on 14/06/2021 and the notice was issued to the prosecution returnable on 22/06/2021 i.e. for tomorrow.

In view of this there is no propriety in entertaining this application at this stage, considering that the application is kept for hearing tomorrow before Sessions Court. However, it is expected that since anticipatory bail application is pending before the Sessions Court, it is decided at the earliest and as far as possible tomorrow itself. The investigating agency shall not take unnecessary adjournment.

In view of this, the application is disposed of with directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to decide Criminal Bail Application No.3626 of 2021 at the earliest and as far as possible by tomorrow itself.
