In the present Petition the challenge is to the order dated 8th April, 2013 passed by the 6th Jt. J.M.F.C., Vashi. By the said order the petitioner was directed to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to his wife and Rs.3000/- to his son. Certain other directions were also given. 3.

As none present for the petitioner, it appears that he is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and accordingly disposed of. (A. R. JOSHI, J.) 1 / 1
