The Appeal is taken for production before this Court as Regular Court is unable to take up the Appeal. The learned counsel for the Appellants states that the order impugned in this Appeal is partly rejecting amendment to the plaint and therefore, the Appeal is not maintainable and seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal to file appropriate proceedings. The Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
