DATE : AUGUST 23, 2022 P.C. :
Interim Application No. 3389 of 2022 1.
This is an interim application for intervention at the instance of Vijay Gangadhar Borage. Mr. Apte, learned senior advocate appearing for the applicant has invited our attention to paragraphs 4 and 5 of the writ petition and ground 'E' in support of the relief claimed therein for demonstrating that the petitioner has made direct allegations against the applicant.
2.
Although, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time to file reply affidavit to the intervention application, we are of the considered opinion that if not a necessary party, the applicant is most certainly a proper party to the writ petition whose presence is required for proper disposal thereof.
3.
In such view of the matter, the interim application stands allowed.
Writ Petition No. 3484 of 2022 with Interim Application St. No. 14544 of 2022 4.
We are informed that the pleadings are complete. Since an interim order is operating in favour of the petitioner, we expedite hearing of the writ petition.
5.
The writ petition be listed for final hearing on September 13, 2022.
6.
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till September 27, 2022, if not directed otherwise in the meanwhile.
