Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was released on interim bail in view of the guidelines of the High Power Committee. Life of the said order is likely to expire in the next week. In light of the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court, Pune, which has granted the interim bail.

Application is permitted to be withdrawn by reserving aforesaid liberty and stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Needless to state that the merits of the matter have not been dealt with.
