This is an application received through jail for transfer of case from Court Room No.8 of Sessions Court at Thane to any other Court. 2.

The learned APP on instructions from the concerned officer submitted that, as a matter of fact, now the case is being conducted by another learned Judge in Court Room No.4 and as of today 15 witnesses have been examined and only two witnesses are remained to be examined by the prosecution.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application. 4.
