P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of time to furnish sureties. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the sureties furnished by the Applicant is not accepted by the Trial Court and he is in the process of furnishing other sureties who are his family members. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by 10 weeks from today.
