It is however, submitted that belonging of the petitioner are lying in the marital home and hence the petitioner be permitted to visit the marital home on or before 17.08.2022 to collect her belonging.

Without adjudicating on merits of this petition, the petition is allowed to withdrawn.

The petitioner is permitted to visit marital home on or before 17.08.2022 to collect her belonging.
