This is an application for modification of Condition No.6(d) of Order dated 21st April 2021 passed in Interim Application No. 1292 of 2021 in Criminal Revision Application No.118 of 2021. 2.

Mr.Thorat, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is ordinary resident of Aurangabad and due to the present COVID19 pandemic, it is very difficult for him to attend Shirol Police Station, District Kolhapur, as has been directed by this Court. He submitted that, instead of attending Shirol Police Station, District Kolhapur, the Applicant will attend Kranti Chowk Police Station, Samarth Nagar, Aurangabad City, in compliance 1/2

Learned A.P.P. has no serious objection for the same. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Condition No.6(d) of Order dated 21st April 2021 is hereby modified and the Applicant is directed to attend Kranti Chowk Police Station, Samarth Nagar, Aurangabad City, instead of Shirol Police Station, District Kolhapur. Rest of the conditions including the day and time of attendance as per Order dated 21st April 2021 are maintained.
