P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the present Appeal form Order.

The Secretary of the Appellant Society has filed an Affidavit of service dated 26th July 2019 stating that, the Respondent No.1 has been duly served in the matter. Despite service, none appears for the Respondent No.1. Smt. More, the learned Advocate has filed note of appearance on behalf of the Respondent No.2-Corporation.

Perusal of the Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out to condone the said delay.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
