In view of the general order passed by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice, the petition is produced before this Bench. We have perused the prayers. Prayer clause (b) of the petition reads thus:- (b) This Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue the appropriate Writ, Order and / or Direction, in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned charge-sheet bearing No.43 of 2013 dated 16-3-2013 having culminated into Regular Criminal Case No.75 of 2013 pending 1/3

before the learned Magistrate, Karad against the Petitioners. " 2.

The petitioner has a remedy to approach the concerned Court before which the case is pending. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for in a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is disposed of by keeping all the contentions open.
