The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to go to U.K. to meet his daughter. He further submits that at the time of granting bail by the learned Sessions Judge, the petitioner had deposited his passport in the Sessions Court, Mumbai. He further submits that the petitioner moved an application for return of the passport, which was turned down by the Sessions Court. Trupti 1/2

In view of above, the petitioner is directed to move an application before the learned Sessions Judge, as the Sessions Judge has given him liberty to file a fresh application. The petitioner should give specific date and the details when he required the passport and after considering the same, the learned Sessions Judge may pass appropriate orders. The learned Sessions Judge to decide the application within a period of 10 days from filing of the application by the petitioner. The respondent -CBI not to take adjournments.
