Though respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.
This application is preferred by claimant for condonation of 182 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 5.4.2013 passed by MACT, Mumbai in Application No.531 of 2006.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for Mohite 1/2

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:
"(a) That the delay of 182 days in filng the Appeal be condoned."
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
