Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, petitioner is challenging the orders passed by both the Courts below by which both the Courts rejected the petitioner's application restraining the respondent Corporation from taking any steps to demolish their structure. Learned counsel Mr.N.R.Bubna appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 filed on report of Ward Officer, stating that the suit structure is already demolished on 14th May 2015. Report is already taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of subsequent developments and the report submitted by Ward Officer, nothing survives in the petition. The same stands dismissed as infructuous.
