The learned counsel for the applicant states that the charge-sheet has not been fled in the subject C.R. despite expiry of 90 days. She is, therefore, desirous of moving an appropriate application before the trial Court and seek permission to withdraw the present bail application. 2.

In the wake of the above, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to take out appropriate application.
