Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 have tendered consent terms entered into between the parties namely M/s.Wonder Wood and Maithili Signet Premises Cooperative Society CIDCO Limited. On perusal of the consent terms, it is agreed between the parties that the petitioner shall pay Rs.2,51,00,000/- to the respondent No.3 towards dues up to 31st March 2021. The dispute between the parties stands finally settled in terms as agreed between the parties which are set out in paragraph Nos. 2 to 14. The consent terms are Gaikwad RD 1/2

2.WPNo.47522016.doc signed on behalf of the petitioner by the partner Mr. Hasmukh Chheda and on behalf of the respondent No.3 Society by Chairman-J. M. Pokar, the Secretary-Rajesh Ladhad who is present in the Court and is identified by the learned Counsel and by the Treasurer-Santosh Kudwa. They are also initialed by the respective advocates. The annexures as appended to the consent terms are at Exhibits A and B collectively running from pages 6 to

11. There is no dispute about the signatures as made on the consent terms. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. It is noted that respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4, the officers of respondents are not parties to the consent terms. No costs. At this stage, it is pointed out by an order dated 30th October 2018 passed by this Court (Revati Mohite-Dere, J) an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- was ordered to be deposited in the Registry by the petitioner. Accordingly, the said amount was deposited. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest. Office to do the needful.
