Mr. Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record letters dated 12.05.2022 issued by the Under Secretary, Government of Maharahtra inter alia stating that the State Government has granted temporary stay until the matter is heard by the Appellate Authority. In view thereof, no relief is required to be granted in the present petition. However, it is made clear that a speaking order be passed by the Appellate Authority after hearing the Petitioner and in the event if the said order is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks thereafter to enable the Petitioner to challenge the same in the appropriate forum / court.
