This petition concerns with grant of fishery rights and the impugned order is dated 6 February 2015. The tender period for fishery rights as per policy, as we are informed, is for five years. The learned Counsel for the parties state that they do not have instructions about the current position as of today. The cause raised in this petition does not survive as the tender period is over. 2.

Keeping all contentions of the parties open, in case the cause arise in some other litigation, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.
