We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioners have challenged basically the managing committee's election held on 30th August,2015, as the remedy is elsewhere. 2.

So far as the appointment of administrator to manage the society, the Petitioners' complaint is already filed and pending before the appropriate authority. Therefore, taking overall view of the matter, apart from the delay, we see no case is made out.

The petition is dismissed as the Petitioners have alternate remedy available. All points are kept open.
