Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In an application for pre-arrest bail in Crime No.626/15 registered by Dahisar Police Station for the offences punishable under section 376, 328, 420, 452, 170, 504, 506, 477 of the IPC. The learned APP, on instructions, states that the charge-sheet in the said crime is filed before the Sessions Court. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant seeks time of 3(three) days to appear before the concerned Court and to seek regular bail.

In that view of the matter, following order is passed :

i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in the above numbered crime, applicant shall be released on bail in P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount.

ii) This order shall remain in force till 16th June 2016. Application is disposed of in the above terms. (P.N. DESHMUKH, J)
