By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking permission to serve respondent No.3 - Mohammad Hamid (Hanif) Mohammad Dilavar by substituted service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order:

ORDER

(A) The Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent No.3 by substituted service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure

502- CAF 1510 of 2019 Code by publishing a notice in the newspapers and file affidavit of service to that effect on or before 30th July, 2019, failing which, civil application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.
