The Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Islampur as per the order dated 29th April, 2017 has refused to discharge this Applicant for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"]. This Revision is against the said order.

For six years, Office of Public Prosecutor is not served. Up-till now, the case must have proceeded further. Let learned Advocate for Applicant to verify from the website what is the stage of that case.
