Learned APP on instructions from API Torgal, Kondwa Police Station, submitted that, after the impugned Order is passed by the learned trial Court rejecting the application for discharge preferred by the Appellant, the trial has progressed and the evidence of all the witnesses has been recorded. That, the trial Court has now scheduled the case for arguments of the defence.
