Learned APP on instructions from Senior Police Inspector, Samatanagar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, trial of Sessions Case No. 217 of 2017, arising out of C.R. No. 131 of 2017 registered with Samatanagar Police Station, Mumbai has already commenced and the prosecution has examined one witness. That, prosecution may examine about six more witnesses in support of its case. 2.
