The impugned order has been passed by the Authority under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("Code") against the order dated 25 January 2024. The petitioner has alternative efficacious statutory remedy by way of appeal under Section 247 of the Code. Therefore, by keeping all questions raised in the present writ petition open to be agitated before the Appellate Authority.

The writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petition to approach before the Appellate Authority under the Act. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
