This is an application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 300 days in preferring appeal under Section 341 of Cr.P.C. It appears that initially the Applicant had preferred Criminal Writ Petition No.2211 of 2022. Interim relief was granted in the said Petition. However, subsequently vide order dated 5th September, 2022 the said Petition was disposed off with liberty to invoke the remedy provided under the law challenging the impugned proceedings.
