Learned Counsel for the applicant disputes the said statement made by the learned APP. He submitted that there are only 2 witnesses left to be examined and therefore prays that a direction be given to the trial Court to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 1/2

Considering the number of witnesses that are remained to be examined, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible.
