By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the application for leave to appeal. The impugned orders dated 28.10.2014 in Case No.2389/SS/2009 and Case No.2390/SS/2009 are set aside by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Dadar Mumbai. The reasons spell out in paragraph 34 to 49 of the application, in my considered view, makes out sufficient cause to condone the delay. Uday S. Jagtap
