The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for about four years. It is submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted bail in various matters on the ground of prolonged incarceration without trial. However, considering the facts and circumstances, at present it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. The trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

If the trial is not concluded as directed above, then the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before this Court. The Bail Application is disposed of. The interim application is for temporary bail. The applicant is at liberty to move an application for temporary bail before the trial Court. If such application is made, the trial Court shall decide on it's own merits. Interim application also stands disposed of. ( N.R.
