Advocate for the respondent after taking instruction from his client makes a statement that petitioner already complied the judgment and order dated 29.8.2012, 30.8.2012, 1.9.2012 and 3.9.2012 passed by learned Member, Industrial Court, Solapur in Complaint (ULP) Nos.20/2010, 21/2010, 28/2011, 29/2011, 30/2011, 31/2011 and 34/2011. He submits that the respondent received the amount along with interest.

Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives in the present petition.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
