Today the matter was listed for filing Consent Terms. However, Mr.Godbole, learned Senior Counsel for Respondents, on instructions, states that the landlords are not willing to consider a fresh license, although some reasonable extension can be considered for the Petitioners to seek alternate accommodation / premises. Therefore, no Consent Terms have been filed and the matter is argued.

The matter has been argued at length by both sides. Arguments have been concluded. Judgment reserved. Parties / counsel are at liberty to file written submissions with supporting judgments within a period of one week.

As far as Interim Application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.25 Lakhs that has been deposited in this Court is concerned, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if the said amount is allowed to be withdrawn by Respondents/landlord.
