Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned AGP for Respondent No.1-State. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave of the Court to delete Respondent Nos.2 to 4 from the interim application. Leave to amend interim application is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

This application is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.1-State to comply with order dated 14.09.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5095 of 2021. Learned AGP, for Respondent No.1 has handed over a letter of the Desk Officer of Respondent No.1 to the learned AGP stating that, today Husen

10.ia.3562-22.doc the matter is fixed, where notices are given to all concerned including the Applicant and hearing of the Revision Application/Appeal No.9925 of 2019 will be conducted and concluded within eight weeks from today. Copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the fact that hearing of said Revision/Appeal is already fixed, main prayer in this application is already addressed and nothing survives in the interim application, the same is disposed off. 4.

The respondent No.1 shall communicate the order to the Applicant that would be passed, within one week from the date of decision. 5.
