The learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the original complainant Shri Jaoquim I. Cardozo jointly submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have entered into settlement deed / consent terms dated 20/6/2016. A photocopy of the said settlement deed / consent terms dated 20/6/2016, tendered across the Bar, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties herein the interim relief granted by an order dated 6/5/2016 is hereby confirmed with a modification to paragraph no. 6 (e) that the applicants need not attend the Investigating Officer henceforth for the purpose of the
