1) This is an application for modification of conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 5.11.2015 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate while releasing the applicant on bail.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has under gone by-pass surgery and is unable to do any work and therefore, said condition may be relaxed. It is to be noted here that on the undertaking given before the trial court, the trial court has imposed such condition. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already deposited Rs.1.00 lac out of Rs.4.00 lacs. After taking into consideration the medical complications or problems suffered by the applicant, the said condition is hereby relaxed. However, the applicant is hereby directed to deposit the balance
