By this petition, the petitioner seeks Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce her child aged two years, from the custody of the respondent No.2.

Vide order dated 3rd May, 2023, we had directed the Police Wakodikar 1/2

910. WP 1716-2023.doc to produce the petitioner's child, aged 22 months. Hence, the respondent No.2 produced the child. Accordingly, we handed over the child to the petitioner.

Considering that the child has been handed over to the petitioner by the respondent No.2, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
