Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.116 of 2022 registered with Nashik Road Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC 2.

After having heard Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants at length, a prayer is made for withdrawal of the applications with a request to BGP.

issue directions to the Trial Court to decide regular bail applications of the applicants expeditiously 3.

Mr. S. B. Talekar submits that the applicants shall surrender within period of one week from today. 4.

Both the applications as such stand disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of above, once the applicants surrender and move applications for grant of regular bail, this Court expects the Trial Court to decide such applications expeditiously.
