Civil Application is filed by the Applicant seeking relief of permitting the Applicant to bring legal heirs of Mr. T. S. Gangadharan on record as Mr. Gangadharan has expired on 15/4/2017. For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos.8 to 11, the Application deserves to be allowed. The legal heirs be brought on record.
