CRIMINAL APPELLATE SIDE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1003 OF 2016 Saifraja Shabir Bhavnagar .....Applicant V/s.
The State of Maharashtra ....Respondent Ms. Naima Shaikh i/b Mr. Khan Abdul Wahab Advocate for Applicant. Mr. Vinod Chate APP for the State.
CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.
DATED : OCTOBER 3, 2016.
PC :
1) At the outset, the learned APP submits that in the present case, prosecution has examined 15 witnesses and in all probabilities, 10 to 15 more witnesses are to be examined.
2) This is a subsequent application. On 02/07/2015, the learned APP had made a statement that one witness was examined and hence, application was withdrawn. In view of this, it is not necessary to consider the application on merits. Application stands disposed of.
3) The learned Sessions Judge is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of the substantive evidence as expeditiously as possible.
