.. Respondents.

Mr.A.V. Singh i/b Shyam Kalyankar for the Applicants. Mrs.Sharmila Kaushik APP for the State.

CORAM : A. K. MENON, J.

(VACATION COURT) DATED : 13TH MAY, 2015 P.C. :- 1.

The present application has been made seeking extension of time granted in Anticipatory Bail Application No.571 of 2015. Vide order dated 22nd April, 2015 three weeks time was granted by way of transit bail to enable the Applicant to obtain the regular bail from the appropriate Court at Uttar Pradesh. The order dated 22nd April, 2015 inadvertently mentioned that the transit bail is granted for two weeks. This was corrected by the Speaking to Minutes on 29th April, 2015. The period of "two weeks" was substituted by words "three weeks". This period of three weeks expires today. However, the Applicant has been unable to obtain leave from his employer to enable him to approach the appropriate Court at Uttar Pradesh.

2 appa419.15 2.

Having heard the counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondents, it is found that sufficient cause has been made out for extension of time by a period of two weeks. Accordingly, the transit bail granted earlier by this Court is extended by a period of two weeks from today. In view of the fact that Anticipatory Bail Application No.571 of 2015 was disposed of finally on 22nd April, 2015 and in view of present extension, nothing further survives in Criminal Application No.419 of 2015 and the same is disposed of.
