Heard. By this civil application, the applicant is seeking stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 14.02.2014 passed by the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai in Municipal Appeal No.7/2006.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to take out fresh application for the same cause of action, in case the Municipal Corporation takes any coercive steps against them.
