After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for both contesting parties that the writ petition may not be pressed and that instead, the proceedings of the original complaint of unfair labour practice may be expedited.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed with direction to the Industrial Court at Mumbai to dispose of complaint (ULP) No.217/2017 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, latest by 31 December 2018.
