By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs:

a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus of Smt. Maya Bhosale before this Hon'ble Court and may be given custody to the Petitioner forthwith in accordance with law;

b) That this Hon'ble Court may direct Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to take cognizance against Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in accordance with law forthwith.

Learned APP states that the police have recorded the

rsk 2 912-WP-1702-23.doc statement of Mrs. Maya Bhosale-stepmother of the petitioner. Learned APP has tendered a report alongwith the statement dated 2/5/2023. In the said statement petitioner's stepmother has stated that she is happily residing with her niece and nephew and that they are taking good care of her. She has further stated that the petitioner is intentionally harassing her by filing the aforesaid petition.

Considering the statement of Mrs. Maya Bhosale, there is no question of grant of any relief, as sought by the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
