1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector attached to Mandva Sagari Police Station, District Raigad submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed 'CSummary Report' in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Alibaug, District Raigad and the same has been accepted by the trial Court by its Order dated 18th September 2018. He produced on record a communication dated 10th April 2024 addressed to him by the Investigating Officer. 2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of CR No. 54 of 2017 registered with Mandva Sagari Police Station, District Raigad, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
