The reliefs claimed in the Writ Petition are entirely against a private party and the dispute is in the nature of private dispute. The Petitioner has already filed the suit in the City Civil Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is only pressing that the said suit should be expedited. We do not find any reason to issue such directions in the Writ Petition. It appears that the Writ Petition is filed only to seek such direction. The Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) within three weeks from today.

List the Petition on 17 November 2021 for directions for reporting compliance.
