Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:

H.M. Petition No. 318 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, and Application No. 531 of 2016 filed under the Domestic Violence Act by the Applicant and pending before the J.M.F.C, Solapur, are transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Solapur. 2.

The learned Judge of the Family Court, Solapur, shall hear H.M. Petition No. A-201 of 2016 , H.M. Petition No. 318 of 2016 and Application No. 531 of 2016, together and endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of this order. The Learned Judge, Family Court,

KPPNair -2Solapur, shall not grant adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary. 3.

Applicant to file written statement within a period of three weeks from the date of this order.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Application is accordingly disposed off.
